The affected files are dotpup, input-wizard, pmount, pupscan, xorgwizard, puppyinstaller, all in /usr/sbin.
01micko converted older versions of dotpup and pmount than in latest Woof, but I merged his changes ok. I fixed a bug in xorgwizard.
01micko had not converted puppyinstaller, so I did that.
Note that pupscan has a bug, the "USB devices" button does not work, at least not with the 2.6.32.x kernel. I'll look into that today. After fixing it, I will probably upload Woof soon after.

I found the cause of the problem with Pupscan. It needs usbfs mounted on /proc/bus/usb, as does HardInfo. Note that this is considered to be deprecated, but these two apps still need it.
The usbfs is mounted on /proc/bus/usb in /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit, however there is a test for module 'usbcore' loaded -- which does not work with my recent kernels that have USB (and HID) drivers builtin. I have fixed rc.sysinit.
